5.4.3.2. Analysis and statistics cookies

Analysis and statistics cookies collect information about how our website is used in order to improve its attractiveness, content and functionality. These cookies help us, for example, to determine whether and which subpages of our website are visited and what content customers are particularly interested in. The number of visits to a page, the number of subpages accessed, the time spent on our website, the order of the pages visited, which search terms led our customers to us, the country, the region and, if applicable, the city from which access is made, as well as the proportion of mobile devices accessing our websites, are recorded. 6. Newsletter

We use the services of wix.com to send newsletters. We use this service to organise and analyse the sending of newsletters. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e-mail address), this data is stored by us and by rapidmail. Furthermore, rapidmail receives your name and gender from us for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

With the help of wix.com we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open an e-mail sent with wix.com, a file contained in the e-mail connects to the wix.com servers. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of our customers.

If you do not wish to be analysed, you can refuse your consent to receive newsletters or unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide you with a corresponding link in every newsletter. You can also inform us directly at any time that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.

For more information, please refer to the privacy policy of wix.com: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy

In particular, this may involve the disclosure of information for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger or to enforce intellectual property rights.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend these data protection provisions at any time with effect for the future. A current version is available on our website or in our shop.

11. Your rights

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us at any time.
